A Canadian artist and designer with 10 years of experience in art, design and management.
I am the proud owner of an overgrown garden and best buds with a little floppy eared dog who often confuses meeting time with play time. Wallflower Studio is my creative home.
What's in a name?
Let’s get real. I named my business Wallflower Studio because I’m not the life of the party. I do, however, love to plan one - especially when there’s a theme involved. In fact, few things get me more excited than learning about a topic and curating all the little details to make an experience unique.
I landed on Wallflower Studio because I realized that these same traits that make me a bad party-goer but a good party planner, are the same traits that make me an even better designer and artist.
I believe good art and design always keeps a story, business goals, and customer front of mind. And when you’re running the show, it can be incredibly helpful to have someone to help you make the connections to bring your brand to life in a unique way.
At Wallflower, our projects follow a research driven process where we use our findings to create unique themes and ideas. Meanwhile, our illustration work is inspired by all the little oddities of life, often featuring whimsical animals and nature.

Illustration
At Wallflower Studio, illustration finds it's way into everything we do!
When you start an illustration project with us, we'll take the time to get to know your goals and take you on a visual journey from concept sketches to finalized colourful pieces that help you tell your story.
Together we can work on custom illustrations, surface pattern design, character development, or hand lettering. You can find our work on greeting cards, books, physical products, murals, books, and more!
Brand
Using our research driven process, we'll help you build a brand that evokes emotions, connects with your target audience, and helps you stand out through psychology, story and quirky illustrations.
Whether you’re launching a new product, giving a proven brand a face-lift, or looking to identify with new customers, we'll help you build a brand that's about way more than just your fonts and colours.
UX/UI
Our UX/UI projects focus entirely on your business and user goals. Before we create any concrete designs, we always make sure to understand what it is you need to achieve, the metrics you're measuring success by and, if you have an existing product, do an audit to undertand what's getting in your way.
Together we'll complete a number of activities to ensure that we design websites and applications that aren't just visually distinct, but also intuitive and easy to use.
